Rockstar Customer Success Lead

PromoRepublic is expanding the customer success team and looking for a Customer Success Lead to rock in our US office. We are developing a tool for SMM automation and content marketing. PromoRepublic has got a unique database of social media post ideas and templates for marketing professionals. We are supported by over 40 000 users from Europe and USA. Our partners include: Buffer, Hootsuite and Hubspot.

PromoRepublic has offices in Kiev, Helsinki and San Francisco.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly acquainting yourself with PromoRepublic’s service and features;
  • Engaging with customers via email and chat, resolving their questions and challenges;
  • Monitoring and responding to support requests;
  • Identifying and addressing customer’s needs, complaints and frustrations to always achieve a mutually beneficial relationship;
  • Proactively working with other team members to assist others in achieving improved customer support and improved retention metrics;
  • Managing customer communications, e.g., notifications, e-mail chains, etc.

We’d like you to have the following qualities:

  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities;
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Organizational skills and computer competency that will facilitate customer and business tracking;
  • Work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience;
  • Be ambitious and want to work in a startup to develop world class SaaS.

It would be extra awesome if you have experience with:

  • Intercom
  • Mixpanel
