Customer Success Manager, North America

We are looking for a driven individual to join our growing team as a Customer Success Manager. Our Customer Success Department is a critical part of the PromoRepublic team; manages the relationships with current clients and develops the processes behind the scenes to ensure long-term and successful partnerships.

An ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-centric, analytical thinker who loves to solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and is resourceful and tenacious in their efforts to bring their to ideas to fruition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-Sales experience for existing and new PromoRepublic clients across multiple verticals (ex: beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and travel) while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the client’s business priorities, audience, objectives, products, marketing strategies, and promotions as a defacto extension of their team. Support clients by sharing examples and best practices among our client base. Educate them on industry trends, new releases and product enhancements. Give consultative advice to help customers grow their performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with clients as you are their primary point of contact.
  • Identify and execute on renewal and upsell opportunities for assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with our Content and Product teams ensuring client requests are accommodated and executed.

Skills/Preferred Experience:

  • 2-4 years experience in SaaS, digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media.
  • Previous professional experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the current social media landscape
  • Unparalleled organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships at once and a passion for customer happiness
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience with SalesForce, Intercom, and/or Trello
  • Experience in SaaS start-ups or early stage technology companies
  • Knowledge of advertising on social media (Ex: Facebook Ads)
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful team player who is eager to learn
