Q1 ’22 Inbox Digest: Inbox Enhancements for Better Customer Care

We’ve been working hard to enhance our Inbox tool with practical new features. Instagram Direct Messages integration and Inbox Data Export are live to let your team participate in every conversation more actively and look back to historical data when needed.

Update #1: Instagram Direct Messages – For Timely Responses

To help our clients provide an outstanding user experience, we have integrated Instagram DMs into our Inbox in PromoRepublic. Now users of all PromoRepublic plans can reply and react from their business profiles directly on the platform. With this integration, you’ll never miss an opportunity to engage with your audience, get a holistic view of all your incoming messages and create a stronger 1-1 connection.

Update #2: Inbox Data Export – To Share Your Wins

Our previous updates to Insights, Location Insights and Review Performance Analytics, help identify trends in your online reputation and monitor customer satisfaction coming from interaction with your brand.

But bigger companies may need to take a closer look at their Inbox activities to zoom in on context and share it with the team and stakeholders. With this in mind, we enable users of our Multi-location plan to slice their conversational data and export specific fragments as a CSV file. They just need to filter it with Custom View, select the social media, conversation type, time period, and click the “Export” button. Voilà!
