PromoRepublichas is a tailored solution for Multi-Locational Brands in Franchise and Direct Sales industries. We are organizing a strong marketing team to build thought leadership and brand awareness in the marketing technology market.

We are looking for a creative Employer Branding & Employee Engagement Manager to join our growing global team to empower and promote our company brand and culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Employer Brand strategy
  • Develop and manage communication plan to promote Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand campaigns to attract top talent
  • Create media content (interviews, articles, social media, press releases) and manage relationships with local media
  • Manage Employer Brand social media resources to promote company’s EVP and career opportunities
  • Maintain an understanding of the company within SaaS/martech industry and Ukrainian local market
  • Organize and support all Employer Branding activities within the company and community, and promote them. Act as project manager to our SaaS Unit.City events
  • Develop and support internal engagement programs for the team and internal communication
  • Work closely with Team Leader to collect feedback, conduct research with and outside the company to strengthen our EVP and communication strategy
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team to improve employee experience by revising recruitment and onboarding processes, optimizing vacancy posts and recruitment channels

What experience we are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Employer branding, PR & Communications, HR, Marketing
  • Prior experience in Employer Branding or full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in working with social media platforms
  • Passion for creating content
  • Strong understanding of branding and ability to sell the company as an employer of choice
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Getting things done attitude
  • Adaptive and team working attitude
  • Advanced English
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Interest in marketing and social media

As a plus:

  • Experience in SaaS business
  • Experience in content marketing
