PromoRepublichas is a tailored marketing solution for Multi-Locational Brands in Franchise and Direct Sales industries. We are organizing a strong marketing team to promote the PromoRepublic platform across Franchise and Direct Sales markets.

PromoRepublic welcomes talented professionals to work as a head of product full time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product development (roadmap, prioritization, features shipment and announcement)
  • Analyze customer needs (interviews and pre-sale process)
  • Cooperate with Marketing, Sales, CSM (post-sale)
  • Research competitors and the market
  • Participate in SMM conferences

Required Skills:

  • Experience in product management frameworks (prioritization, JTDB, KANO)
  • Experience in customer development process
  • Unparalleled organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management experience. Preferably in SaaS, CRM, ESP
  • 7+ years of industry experience in digital marketing, web-development, eCommerce
