PR and Outreach Manager / Coordinator

PromoRepublic has a tailored solution for Multi-Locational Brands in Franchise and Direct Sales industries. We are organizing a strong marketing team to build thought leadership and brand awareness in the marketing technology market.

PromoRepublic welcomes talented professionals to work as PR and Outreach Manager full time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and journalists
  • Identify opportunities for and manage the writing of press releases, thought leadership pieces, byline articles, web content, and keynote presentations/speeches
  • Conduct outreach to promote campaigns to US & International media outlets and blogs
  • Actively pitch ideas to existing and new media relationships
  • Secure high-quality coverage and backlinks for campaigns
  • Use copywriting skills to develop compelling and personable email copy for outreach to journalists and bloggers
  • Manage relationships with journalists and bloggers
  • Manage and own outreach by continually testing and improving copy

Preferred skills:

  • Have good PR and digital knowledge
  • Ability to copyright high performing email outreach templates
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage and prioritize competing timelines
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMRush, and other popular SEO tools and an ability to use them
  • Experience using BuzzStream, or other similar tools to manage outreach
  • Experience managing a team of outreach freelancers
  • 1+ years of similar experience

  • Passionate for marketing and social media
