Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager


PromoRepublic has a tailored solution for Multi-Locational Brands in Franchise and Direct Sales industries. We are organizing a strong marketing team to build thought leadership and brand awareness in the marketing technology market.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager to strengthen our recruitment and hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers for Jun\Mid-Sr roles in the US and Ukraine upon request
  • Build sourcing strategies and strong pipelines to connect with potential candidates
  • Utilize social media channels for continuous high direct talent sourcing
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop internal HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding
  • Partner with external recruiters to analyze candidates pipeline and sourcing strategies to speed up recruitment
  • Set up and manage applicant tracking system, maintain candidates’ data base
  • HR Automation: setting up recruitment and onboarding workflow in Cake.HR
  • Take part in Employer Branding projects

Expected deliverables for a probation period (3 months):

  • Carry on full-cycle recruitment upon requested open positions (2-3)
  • HR Processes. Review current workflows, policies, and documents for onboarding. Set the onboarding workflow in Cake.HR.
  • Team and Culture. Support Team Leaders in recruitment and selection process, identify skills for development. Take part in development of competency model and Candidate Assessment Playbook.
  • Analytics. Revise recruitment reports, set up basic recruitment dashboards.
  • Assess and propose ATS for recruitment processes.
  • Take part in Employer Branding projects in Ukraine. Facebook page, Dou.ua profile, etc.


  • 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment role
  • Experience working in an IT environment
  • Understanding of sourcing strategies, social media and market analytics
  • Experience working with hiring managers to advise and guide through market patterns and best practices
  • Result oriented and problem solving attitude
