How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the number of locations or pages you need to manage and the modules you choose (Social, Reviews, Listings, Analytics & Reporting, etc.).

Each enterprise plan includes a one-time implementation fee and platform location fees, plus any optional add-ons such as white-labeling, SSO/SCIM, extra AI credits, or custom integrations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support credit card payments for all plan types.
Annual and enterprise agreements can also be settled via wire transfer in USD, CAD, AUD, or EUR.

Are there any additional usage charges?

No surprise overages. You can add locations, users, modules, or AI credits at any time; they’ll be billed according to your current plan.

Can I start with a pilot?

Yes, short-term paid pilot programs are available to validate business case before full rollout.

Each pilot is structured to measure ROI, adoption, and the effectiveness of our partnership across a limited number of locations. Book a demo with our team to define the right scope and success metrics for your evaluation.

How can I change my plan or location number?

Contact your Customer Success Manager to add or remove locations or upgrade modules. Additions are prorated mid-term; reductions normally take effect at renewal.

Do you offer discounts for annual or multi-year contracts?

Yes. Annual agreements include preferred pricing, while multi-year partnerships (typically 2–5 years) provide greater stability and long-term value. They allow both teams to plan ahead confidently, align on shared goals, and lock in pricing for the duration of the agreement.

What is included in onboarding?

Every plan includes onboarding to help you get started fast. We configure your brand structure, connect your locations, set up brand assets, and train your team and franchisees. Enterprise deployments include a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Is support included?

Yes. Standard support (email/chat) and a named Customer Success Manager are included. Enhanced SLAs, such as priority response, uptime guarantees, and quarterly business reviews, are available for enterprise customers.

What happens if we exceed the contracted location count mid-term?

You can add locations anytime; they’re billed prorated for the remaining term. Reductions typically apply at the next renewal period.

How are renewals and price adjustments handled?

Contracts renew annually or per your agreement. Our team provides advance notice of renewals.

Are taxes or VAT included in pricing?

All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable local taxes.
