SOCIAL
Facebook Reels Posting
You can now schedule and publish Facebook Reels directly through PromoRepublic. This new feature allows you to share engaging short-form videos with your Facebook audience, making it easier to leverage the power of Reels for more dynamic content.
Advanced Posting Workflow
PromoRepublic introduced an Advanced Posting Workflow that allows content approval or review before posts go live. The post will automatically go live if no changes are made by the scheduled publishing time. This helps streamline your content review process.
List View Beta
PromoRepublic has rolled out the List View Beta feature for selected customers. This new view consolidates all scheduled posts across platforms into a single, easy-to-manage feed, making it easier to track, approve, and filter posts across multiple locations and channels.
Facebook API Changes
As of September 2024, Facebook has adjusted how organic impressions and clicks for posts are calculated, removing detailed click metrics and demographic data for page followers. PromoRepublic has updated its analytics to reflect these changes.
ANALYTICS
Export Social Performance Data
You can now export your social performance data in CSV format with a detailed page-by-page breakdown. This feature enables you to receive a full report directly via email, making performance analysis and reporting a breeze.
GBP Performance Data Export
PromoRepublic now allows you to export GBP (Google Business Profile) Performance Data directly from the GBP Performance Dashboard. This includes aggregated search keyword data, which you can download in CSV format for all your locations. It’s a useful tool for understanding localized search performance and improving SEO strategies.
Local Visibility Scores
We’ve introduced Local Visibility Scores as part of our analytics. This tool compares key metrics across multiple locations and channels, helping franchises track their local marketing performance. It includes social, review, and SEO scores to give a comprehensive view of each location’s performance.
UTM Tracking Per Source
With the new UTM Tracking by Source feature, you can now track UTM parameters per platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). This update offers clearer insights into where your social media engagement is coming from, allowing you to optimize performance across specific sources.

Review Reply Assistant
The Review Reply Assistant has been officially launched for all franchises and agencies, enabling automated and customizable responses to reviews. This feature helps your team respond faster and more consistently to customer feedback, enhancing your brand’s reputation and engagement.
Mark as Spam Feature for Reviews

Brand-Specific Folders in Graphics Editor
We’ve added a Brand-Specific Folders feature to the Graphics Editor, enabling you to organize assets by brand. This enhancement ensures users only see relevant assets, streamlining asset management for umbrella brands and brands with multiple locations or categories.
PLATFORM: WORKFLOW UPDATES
AI Translation and Portuguese Localization
We’ve added an AI Translation feature, enabling you to easily translate captions, saved replies, and responses into multiple platform languages with just a few clicks. In addition, Portuguese localization is now available, making PromoRepublic accessible to users in Portuguese-speaking markets.
