Recommended size: 1280×720 pixels

Minimum width: 600 pixels

Supported aspects ratio: 16×9 (horizontal), 9×16 (full portrait), 2:3 (vertical), 1:1 (square).

Facebook stream video specs:

Recommended size: 1280×720 pixels

Minimum size: 600×315, for square video – 600×600.

Facebook recommends its users to download video in the highest resolution.
