Background
Nannette Staropoli – Founder and Chief Marketing Strategist of Content Clix, started her first marketing firm 15 years ago. She was an early adopter of social media and has been educating clients on how to leverage social media to engage with their customers since Facebook first launched.
Nannette and her team used to organize their workflow with Google Spreadsheets. It was cumbersome to handle everything – they would use multiple tools for content creation and then forward the client a spreadsheet with links. Since Nannette always keeps her finger on the industry's pulse, she was constantly exploring various tools to manage the agency's workflow, including Hootsuite.
