As a team, we effectively collaborate across 10+ countries, fostering a remote-first and supportive culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for certain industries to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels, including webinars, email marketing, LinkedIn, offline conferences, paid search, paid social, retargeting, etc.
  • Partner with SDR Team Lead to inspect and optimize lead follow up processes and nurtures.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Own webinars at all stages from planning to execution including holistic pre- and post-event/webinar strategies, webinar set up, streaming.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.

What experience and skills we are looking for:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products, with a focus on SaaS.
  • Experience working with the US, Canada, and UK markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to test various marketing assumptions and scale the most effective strategies for achieving positive results.
  • Growth mindset—enthusiasm for challenges and a strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Intercom, Hotjar, etc.
